Its features include seamless digitalisation, an end-to-end sensor system, and networking with Multivac cloud and intelligent services.
For maximum flexibility and uptime, X-Line has the ability to change package configurations in less than 10 minutes. In addition, connecting the X-Line to the Multivac Cloud gives users access to Pack Pilot and Smart Services, which provide always-on connectivity and up-to-date information on software, machine settings and other relevant data that allows the machine to be used even without specialist operator knowledge.
The X-Line is supplied with X-MAP, a gas scrubbing process that can be precisely controlled for change atmosphere packaging. Finally, users can control the X-Line through their intuitive Multi-Touch HMI 3, which matches the logic of modern mobile devices. HMI 3 can be customized for individual operators, including different access rights and working languages.
